What the model leaves out
- Model incomplete: national-phase years simplified; national search and examination fees outside the EPO are missing.
- Model incomplete: office actions are counted only at the priority office and the EPO.
- Fee reductions are included for the offices with new fee rules where they apply to the applicant as stated; for the other offices only the EPO reduction for micro-entities.
