How does this count?

A country’s points are the average of Manufacturing and Customers, weighted as set in the Countries step. Of that, the share given by the Enforcement answer counts: all of it for “Yes”, none for “No”.

Manufacturing = mean of production, relocation and detecting infringements.

Conversation note for the adviser

Ask: own production or contract manufacturing? Where is the contract manufacturer? Are there plans for a second site?
